1. BCDS Scope of application:
BCDS series charge-discharge test equipment is mainly used for lithium battery charge-discharge cycle test.
Test items:
Battery charging protection voltage, discharge protection voltage, capacity etc. The device has four test steps: charging, discharging, shelving, and cycling. By editing the corresponding steps, the battery can be tested in accordance with the set process.
2. Main performance of test equipment:

- Online mode: If the instrument is single or less than 5, it can be connected to the PC through the serial port; Adopted by more than 5 sets Network connection mode Down, PC Electricity The brain terminal only needs to provide a network port to control up to 60 instruments.
- Control system: The software system adopts the classic and mature C/S mode. There are two communication methods: serial port and network. The serial port can realize the accurate communication of several instruments in a short distance, and the network can realize the accurate communication of multiple instruments in a long distance.
- Host computer Software: Windows-based operation interface, The SQL database is used to store test data, which greatly facilitates the staff to query and export data online. According to the battery bar code, time, and device number, the charge and discharge aging curve can be viewed, and the curve can be exported.
