SEMCO INDIA Pvt. Ltd. (SIPL) the flagship company of the group is the the largest Private sector players of India with a share of over 75% in Railway Wheel and Axles.

DATONG SEMCO RAILWAY TRAFFIC CO. LTD. is a Joint Venture between Semco India Pvt Ltd, India and CNR Datong Electric Locomotive Co. Ltd, China, having world class facilities for manufacture of Railway wheel and Axle sets with annual capacity to manufacture 3000 fully assembled railway wheel and Axle sets.

SEMCO FORGE Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading close die forging company and is continuously increasing its manufacturing capacity and adding value added services to offer in field of Railway, Marine, Automotive, and general Engineering applications.

SYSTEMS & EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE CO. Is a govt recognised Export House which is actively involved in group's various trading and export activities. The Company also won "Excellence Export-new/difficult Market" Award from EEPC.

SEMCO INFRATECH PVT. LTD. is a group foray in Infrastructure and Real Estate and it is engaged in creating and providing Infrastructure for the Group requirements besides looking up for new avenues in Railway Engineering and Infrastructure.
